The ClimbUp Interceptor is a good tool for monitoring for bed bugs. It's not for getting rid of bed bugs, but it does help you determine if they are climbing on your bed. Be sure to check out some other bed bug products here.

Too bad bed bugs can climb up walls and then to the ceiling and just drop
down on to the matress. also they crawl on walls and then on to your pillow
against the wall and then on to your bed. if you leave a blanket on your
bed that is touching the floor then there you go they can get on your bed
still.
