Bed Bug Spray

imagesCA6OEAQS.jpg

Lots of brands of bed bug spray claim to kill bed bugs, but read between the lines. The label says "kills on contact" and that means you need to find the bugs to spray them. Watch the video, then decide which bed bug spray  product suits you best.

Mr. Exterminator I have a bed bug infestation and I think I made the biggest mistake ever; I used the Hot Shot Bed Bug Fogger. When we set the fogger we only had the problem in one room but now that the fog has settled, they are coming out of the wood works. Please help.

Foggers simply do not do a good job of controlling bed bugs. Go to the "bed bug" category on this website and read the articles about how to control bed bugs.

Hello,

I moved from a residence 19 months ago that was infested with bedbugs. The landlord called a local exterminator twice on different occasions to rid the units of the pests. Unfortunately the two attempsts did not work. I psychologically and physically could not take it, so I moved abruptly, without the knowledge of how my items should have been packed while stored. I placed my things in plastic bins, plastic zip closed bags and boxes. Now, I would like to move into another place, but I am concerned about the things that I put in storage and how to properly handle them to prevent a possible bed bug reoccurance at a new building.

You have to be able to identify all the stages of bed bugs as they develop. Otherwise, you are probably missing active bugs because you don't know what to look for. Learn about the size and coloring of everything from their eggs through each of their five instar stages. Close examination and the direct spraying of a pesticide on the bug is the only effective way to get rid of them by traditional pest control methods. The chemical you use is less important than searching for all their hiding places.
