Rick, that's a great quick lesson!
Happily I had learned most of those tips over my travels, especially the
last few years, and I've never had a problem.
I will recommend your video to my friends who don't travel much, and to my
cousins who are new to it.
And your "dot" com was amusing :)
Bed Bug Hotel
Thinking of doing a little traveling? With bed bugs infesting hotels from the best to the less than best, a pre-stay bed bug inspection is highly recommended.

Hi Rick, love the video wish I had done a pre-check of my hotel room in
S.C. not sure what bit me as it could have been fleas. I wore shorts and
was out in grass and horse back riding etc. I washed all clothes when I
came home and after emptying my luggage in the entry way put it in the
garage. I did get some bites when I came home so that is why I don't know
if I brought bed bugs home. It could of been taking time for the bites to
show. I have only seen a speck here and there on my mattress maybe 7
altogether spread out. But don't know if that could be eggs. What do you
think?

Awesome video Rick!!!!
I will share this with everyone!
I travel a lot and do my own inspections but you gave me way better new tips. I wasn't inspecting correctly.
I also take my own mattress topper with me. A tempurpedic twin mattress topper from Costco $99 covered in double vinyl mattress protectors from walmart $11.
I use the hotel sheets if they look clean but there's no way I'm sleeping on a regular mattress, especially a hotel mattress ever again.
There's also a google link to bed buggie hotels if you want a scare.
People have caught bedbugs and worse from even posh expensive hotels. Beware the guest bathrobe! Especially in hotels that are "going green" which means they don't wash linens in hot water and they don't wash daily. Bugs LOVE that.
